The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is usually played around the month of February and March every year. As scheduled, it was held in February and March earlier this year but due to the sudden coronavirus outbreak, the tournament’s playoff was postponed.
However, now the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the schedule for PSL playoffs. The remaining two qualifiers of PSL, an eliminator and the final are to be held in Karachi.
The first qualifier match and eliminator match will be played on November 14. The second qualifier will be held on November 15, while the final match of PSL 2020 will be played on November 17.
Meanwhile the former South African captain Faf du Plessis is about to make a debut in this league. Not only Faf Duplessis, but 21 other foreign players have also confirmed that they are going to play the remaining four matches of PSL 2020.
Faf du Plessis will turn up for Peshawar Zalmi in the upcoming playoffs of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). He has been added to the squad as a replacement for Kieron Pollard, as Pollard will be travelling to New Zealand for the West Indies.
Apart from Faf du Plessis, Dane Vilas ( Lahore Qalandars), David Wiese ( Lahore Qalandars), Cameron Delport (Karachi Kings), Imran Tahir (Multan Sultans), Hardus Viljoen (Peshawar Zalmi) and Rilee Rossouw (Multan Sultans), are the other South Africa players who will be playing in the upcoming games.
