Meerut Mavericks Thrash Lucknow Falcons by 94 Runs to Win UP T20 League 2026 Final

Meerut Mavericks lifted the UP T20 League 2026 title after beating Lucknow Falcons by 94 runs in a one-sided final. A brilliant century from Divyansh Joshi and a strong bowling display sealed the win.

Meerut chose to bat first and posted 203/7 in their 20 overs. Divyansh Joshi led the charge with a stunning 105 off just 40 balls, hitting 12 fours and seven sixes.

His explosive knock gave Meerut a strong platform and helped them set Lucknow a target of 204. Abhinandan Singh was Lucknow’s best bowler, finishing with 3/40.

The Falcons struggled to keep up with the required run rate during their chase. Ajeet Verma top-scored with 39 off 24 balls, but the rest of the batting lineup failed to make a big impact.

Meerut’s bowlers kept taking wickets at regular intervals and bowled Lucknow out for just 109 in 16 overs. Vishal Chaudhary was the pick of the bowlers with 4/24.

Zeeshan Ansari also played a key role with the ball, taking 2/12 as Meerut completed a comfortable 94-run victory. Joshi was named Player of the Match for his match-winning century.

Karan Sharma finished the tournament as the leading run-scorer and won the Orange Cap with 361 runs. Zeeshan Ansari claimed the Purple Cap after taking 25 wickets in the competition.
