Team India head coach Ravi Shastri is feeling “great to get back to business” as Team continues with its preparation for the much-awaited series against Australia.
Team India has travelled to Australia to play three ODIs, as many T20Is and four Test matches. They have reached Sydney on November 12 and are currently serving mandatory 14-day quarantine. However, they are allowed to do training in the quarantine.
Meanwhile, Team India coach Ravi Shastri is all set to train his players ahead of the mega battle against the hosts Australia. Recently he shared a picture on Twitter where he can be seen posing with India star all-rounder Hardik Pandya, veteran opener batsman Shikhar Dhawan and Shardul Thakur.
“Great to get back to business – with @hardikpandya7 @SDhawan25, @imShard, #TeamIndia #AUSvIND,” Shastri wrote.

On Tuesday, the team started their preparation for the Test series which they won last time in 2018-19. During the 2018-19 series, India managed to record their first Test series win on Australian soil. Kohli-led side eventually won the series 2-1 and now they would be looking to retain the Border Gavaskar Trophy.
Notably, Skipper Kohli will take part in only the first Test, a day-night fixture in Adelaide, starting from December 17 and after that, he will fly back to India to be with his wife Anushka Sharma for the birth of their first child.
The first Test between India and Australia will commence from December 17 at the Adelaide Oval and this match will be a day-night contest.
