It’s worth noting that the event has extended invitations to cricket greats, including Sachin Tendulkar, legendary captain Kapil Dev, and the accomplished MS Dhoni, the batting giant Virat Kohli all anticipated to attend the grand ceremony.
Notably, Virat Kohli, the Indian cricket giant, has taken permission for a day off from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to attend the grand ceremony in Ayodhya. Meanwhile, Anil Kumble has arrived in Ayodhya ahead of the ceremony.
The former captain of Indian women cricket team Mithali Raj has also been invited for the event while the current Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur became the latest entrant in the list of invitees.
