Rajasthan Royals created a storm at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur by scoring the fastest team 50 of the IPL 2025 season.
The record-breaking moment came during Match 59 against Punjab Kings, as the Royals went all guns blazing despite being out of the playoff race.
The Royals’ opening pair of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Suryavanshi came out with full intent.
Jaiswal began the innings by smashing Arshdeep Singh for 22 runs in the very first over. The aggressive start continued, and Rajasthan Royals reached 50 runs in just 2.5 overs.
By the end of the third over, RR had already put 55 runs on the board, putting Punjab Kings under early pressure.
