Team India skipper Rohit Sharma, along with Ishan Kishan, as well as youngster Yashasvi Jaiswal, has reached London and joined up with the rest of their teammates ahead of the World Test Championship (WTC) final.
Providing an update, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) shared a picture of Rohit Sharma on their official Twitter account, along with the caption:
“Captain @ImRo45 joins #TeamIndia’s training session here at the Arundel Castle Cricket Club.”
Notably, team India’s standby list for the WTC final underwent a change with Yashasvi Jaiswal replacing Ruturaj Gaikwad. Initially, Gaikwad, Suryakumar Yadav, and Delhi Capitals’ pacet Mukesh Kumar were part of the three-man standby list for the marquee event.
