A few days ago, the English player, Jos Buttler received a special gift from the former Indian captain MS Dhoni. He gifted his signed Jersey to Buttler after the match. Now Pandya Brothers have got their hands on it. Dhoni gave them his autographed jersey after the match on Friday.
Both the brothers looked delighted after receiving his signed jersey. IPL has shared the pictures of the brothers holding the jersey in their hands along with the big smile on their faces.
“A memorabilia to cherish for the Pandya brothers,” IPL wrote on Twitter.
Mumbai Indians, on the other hand, also shared the picture on their official handle and wrote,
“Whose wardrobe is this getting into?”
As long as the match is concerned, Mumbai Indians defeated Chennai Super Kings by 10 wickets in a one-sided match. This is the first time Chennai Super Kings have lost 10 wickets in the IPL.
Chennai Super Kings scored 114 for 9 in 20 overs thanks to Sam Curran’s half-century after losing 5 wickets in the powerplay itself. In response, Mumbai scored 116 runs in 12.2 overs thanks to a stormy batting run by Ishan Kishan (68) and Quinton de Kock (46). With this win, the team of Mumbai Indians has reached the top of the points table. On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings are almost out of the playoff race with the loss.
Dhoni is a ‘big name’ in the world of Cricket. He is considered as one of the most loving captains. He has achieved immense success as a player and also grew up to be one of the most successful captains. He is an inspiration for all the younger players.
