The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), on Saturday, has announced 20-men Squad for the five T20 Internationals against England. Team India, who is in red-hot form in recent times will go up against England soon after the completion of the two remaining Test. The Men in Blues will play five Twenty20 Internationals starting from March 12 followed by three One Day Internationals.
As expected, Virat Kohli will lead the team in all the 5 T20Is. He will bat at three/four with the management relying on their incumbent pair – Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan/KL Rahul. The India skipper and Shreyas Iyer will continue to shoulder the responsibilities in the middle-order followed by some hard-hitters including all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who will be keen to showcase his skills with the bat after a long time.
The one player who will be the man to watch is “Suryakumar Yadav”, who has been named in the 19-men squad. After a brilliant performance in the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League, the fans of SKY were expecting him to be named in the Squad for Australia tour but unfortunately, he didn’t get the place in the squad. However, this time he got his opportunity and would be keen to give his 101% to showcase his skills.
Ishan Kishan (wk), Yuzvendra Chahal, Varun Chakravarthy, Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, Rahul Tewatia has also been added to the squad. Ishan Kishan has played some blistering innings for Mumbai Indians in the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League and now he has got a chance to show what he is capable of.
Talking about bowling attack, the expected names have been added to the squad. T Natarajan, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Deepak Chahar, Navdeep Saini and Shardul Thakur will be the options for bowling.

Test Series Locked at 1-1
The third Test starts from February 24 and will be played at the renovated Sardar Patel Stadium and it will be a day-night affair – the first between the two teams.
The series is currently locked at one-all after India’s roaring comeback in the 2nd Test which concluded on Monday. Chasing a massive target of 482, England were skittled for 164 with the hosts winning by 317 runs.
England had stunned India in the first match, also played at Chepauk, when powered by Joe Root’s double-century, they became the first team since Australia in 2017 to win a Test on Indian soil.
India has so far played two pink-ball contests – winning one (vs Bangladesh at Eden Gardens) while losing the other (vs Australia at Adelaide Oval).
