The ICC Women’s Cricket ODI World Cup 2022 is now less than a week away. The hosts will take on West Indies in the tournament opener at the Bay Oval in Tauranga on March 4. Here’s all you need to know about the Women’s ODI World Cup 2022.

Format

The tournament will be played in a single league format with the eight qualified teams taking on each side once in the group stage. The top four teams on point’s table after the end of the league stage of the tournament will qualify for the semi-finals. The winners of the two semi finals will then clash in the all-important final on 3rd April 2022 at the Hagley Oval in Christchurch.
