A short video went viral on social media, showcasing the world’s tallest building celebrating KKR’s title win. The team’s logo, players in their jerseys, and even franchise owner Shah Rukh Khan were prominently displayed on the skyscraper’s facade.
Kolkata Knight Riders themselves shared the video on their social media channels, expressing their elation with the caption, “View from the top — It’s all PURPLE!”

KKR Clinches 3rd IPL Title of Tournament History
Kolkata Knight Riders, one of the dominant sides in the IPL 2024, finished the league stage at the top of the points table. They then went on to beat Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first qualifier to secure their spot in the finals.
In the final match of the tournament, they once again defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad in a one-sided affair to lift the trophy. This victory marked the third overall title for KKR and also made history as the first instance in IPL history where a team has won more than one trophy under different captains.
