Virat Kohli Ignores MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma as He Picks 4 Players to Play Street Cricket With

Virat Kohli has picked up his best friend AB de Villiers to play street cricket with.

Virat Kohli, in a fun discussion with Jio Cinema, revealed his picks for the ultimate five-a-side street cricket team, with himself included in the lineup.

The ex-Indian batting legend wasted no time selecting his first teammate, bringing in South African legend and his Royal Challengers Bengaluru teammate, AB de Villiers.

This is a no-brainer, with de Villiers’ incredible 360-degree batting perfectly suited for the improvisational nature of street cricket.

For the power-hitting all-rounder slot, Kohli went with the West Indies’ Andre Russell. Russell’s monstrous six-hitting ability would be a nightmare for any opposition in a street cricket setting.

Adding variety to the bowling attack, Kohli opted for the mystery spin of Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan. Khan’s ability to deceive batters with his googly and variations would be a real weapon on a makeshift pitch.

Rounding out the team, Kohli picked India’s pace spearhead, Jasprit Bumrah. Bumrah’s accuracy and pace would be a handful for any street batter, making him a crucial wicket-taker.
