IPL 2023: Punjab Kings (PBKS) Re-Appoint Wasim Jaffer As Their Batting Coach For Next Season

Punjab Kings (PBKS), on Wednesday (November 16) re-appointed Wasim Jaffer as their batting coach a year after he stepped down from the role.

The former India opener announced his departure from the Punjab Kings (PBKS) earlier this year in February on the eve of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 mega auction.

Wasim Jaffer joined the Punjab Kings (then Kings XI Punjab) back in the year 2019 and worked closely with the support staff before stepping down from the role ahead of IPL 2022 season.

Punjab Kings recently announced the senior batter, Shikhar Dhawan as their new captain for the 2023 season of the cash-rich league.

They have released their IPL 2022 captain Mayank Agarwal along with eight other players ahead of the IPL 2023 auction.
