Meanwhile, India is set to commence their 2023 World Cup campaign against Australia on October 8th at Chennai’s MA Chidambaram Stadium, having arrived in the city a couple of days ago.
The Indian team has kicked off their practice sessions in preparation for the upcoming major match, and while training, they were seen proudly wearing their striking new orange practice jerseys, which truly enhance the cricketers’ appearance.
It’s worth mentioning that this is India’s maiden endeavour in hosting the 50-over World Cup on their own, and it presents a big opportunity for Team India to finally break their decade-long dry spell in terms of winning trophies.
