Jay Shah, reportedly asked Rohit Sharma and Ajit Agarkar to exclude Virat Kohli from T20 World Cup 2024.

Jay Shah set a deadline of March 15 for Ajit Agarkar to persuade the selectors and Indian management, including Captain Rohit Sharma, against selecting Virat Kohli for the esteemed tournament, purportedly co-hosted in the USA and West Indies.

However, if reports hold true, Ajit Agarkar’s attempts to sway both the selectors and Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar, alongside Indian Captain Rohit Sharma, were in vain, as they stressed the importance of having an experienced batter like Virat Kohli in the T20 World Cup 2024.
