CSK All-Rounder Rachin Ravindra’s IPL 2024 Participation in Doubt After Knee Injury
Rachin Ravindra has suffered a knee injury during New Zealand vs Australia T20I series.
Ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, Chennai Super Kings receive double blow as New Zealand duo Rachin Ravindra and Devon Conway encounter injuries.
Rachin Ravindra is facing a knee issue and was consequently omitted from the New Zealand squad for the second T20I against Australia while Conway suffered a thumb injury.
CSK remains worried about the severity of the injury, fearing potential complications that could impact his availability for IPL 2024. Earlier, there was optimism regarding a quick recovery within a week.
But, if things go south, it could be a real headache for the team. Ravindra, who the Super Kings got for a INR 1.8 crore in the IPL 2024 auction, was supposed to be their star player, especially after his stellar performance in the World Cup 2023.
