There is no doubt that the Pakistan team has some of the finest T20 players, and the fans there, including some cricketers, have always wanted to participate in the Indian Premier League (IPL), the most famous T20 league in cricket.

In fact, many cricketers took part in the inaugural season of the IPL. However, after the terrorist attack in Mumbai, carried out by Pakistan nationals, relations with the neighbouring country deteriorated significantly. Since then, no Pakistani cricketers have been allowed to participate in the IPL.

Time and again, many Pakistani cricketers have expressed their desire to play in the IPL, whether it be Hassan Ali, Mohammad Amir, or Shaheen Afridi.

Meanwhile, former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh has reacted to a viral post on social media about Pakistani players getting a chance in the IPL.

In the viral post, Babar Azam can be seen wearing the RCB jersey alongside Virat Kohli, while Shaheen Afridi can be seen wearing the Mumbai Indians jersey alongside Jasprit Bumrah. Mohammad Rizwan can also be seen wearing the CSK jersey alongside MS Dhoni.
