Ambati Rayudu’s Daughters Receive Rape Threats from Virat Kohli Fans, Claims Social Media Post
A viral social media post on Instagram claims that Ambati Rayudu’s family has been threatened continuously by some fans.
Former Chennai Super Kings (CSK) batter Ambati Rayudu has been the talk of the town ever since he took a dig at Royal Challengers Bengaluru.
In the latest turn of events, it has been revealed that the Ambati Rayudu family, including his wife and daughters, have been receiving threats. Shockingly, his one-year-old daughter has even received rape threats, according to a post going viral on social media.
Rayudu made several controversial remarks about RCB and Virat Kohli during IPL 2024. After RCB defeated Chennai Super Kings in a crucial game, Rayudu suggested that CSK should hand one of their trophies to RCB to parade in their city.
Later, on Instagram, Rayudu reminded everyone of CSK’s 5 IPL trophies. During the IPL 2024 final, where KKR emerged victorious, Rayudu commented that one cannot win the trophy solely by winning the Orange Cap, taking a swipe at Virat Kohli, who won the Orange Cap that season.
A recent Instagram post, now viral on social media, by a person named Sam Paul, who claims to be a relative of Ambati Rayudu, reads:
“Today went out for dinner with my inlaws family and the family of former superstar and good friend Ambati Rayudu and his family vidya and two children as well. He has become a very sought after commentator with star sports.”
“Recently he has said something about the difference in winning a particular team and winning a cup which most of us agreed. But some hooligans, criminals and PR agencies supporting Virat Kohl who have taken this personally have started writing abusive stuff apparently in all the pages including that of my wife Ashwini and whoever has posted pics of Ambati Raydu.”
“Yesterday initially we were laughing about it but then Raydu’s wife vidya told me, it was not just abuse but personal abuse saying things like they will harm or rape their daughters who are 1 year old and 4 year old. I thought maybe this is common in this kind of fame and we should ignore. Even his wife has been threatened and very seriously abused.”
“But this is not a joke just because a man spoke and did his duty diligently how can some criminals be allowed to speak so low. Threatening harming, killing and rape of a 1 year old child and a 4 years old is a cognisable offense and strict action should be taken against all these fellows. Where is the freedom of speech enshrined under the constitution.”
“I sincerely hope the justice system which includes police and judiciary take cognisance of this criminals activity and strict action is taken against all these criminals including stars who support such action.”
