‘He’s a Fearless Captain’ – Ravi Shastri Lauds Rohit Sharma After India’s 100-Run Win Over England

Former India head coach Ravi Shastri has heaped praise on Rohit Sharma after India’s commanding 100-run victory over England at Lucknow’s BRSABV Ekana Cricket Stadium on Sunday, October 29.

After putting to bat first, India posted a total of 229 runs for the loss of nine wickets, with Rohit Sharma leading the way with 87 runs. In reply, the Indian bowlers bowled England out for a mere 129 runs, led by Mohammed Shami’s four-wicket haul.

Besides Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah bagged three wickets, while Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja each contributed with two and one wicket respectively. Ravi Shastri lauded Rohit Sharma for his outstanding captaincy and tactical bowling changes.
