Shubman Gill becomes the youngest ever with double tons in both Tests and ODIs

Shubman Gill has created history. He is now the first player in the world to score a double century in both Test matches and One Day Internationals at the age of 25. No other cricketer has ever achieved this milestone so early in their career.

Gill continues to dominate in England
At the time of writing, India have crossed 500 runs on the scoreboard in the first innings of the second Test at Edgbaston.
Gill is still batting on 230 runs not out. His partner Washington Sundar is unbeaten on 23 runs.

Shubman Gill had already scored a double century in ODIs in 2023 against New Zealand.
Now, he has added a double century in Tests, and that too in England, one of the toughest places for batting.
He is only 25 years old and already achieving records that took others more than a decade.
