Smriti Mandhana Scripts History with Century in All Three Formats, Powers India to Record Win over England
Smriti Mandhana hits historic T20I ton, becomes first Indian woman with centuries in all formats, India crush England

Smriti Mandhana delivered a historic performance for the ages on Saturday, becoming the first Indian woman cricketer to score centuries in all three formats – Tests, ODIs, and T20Is with a blistering 112 off 62 balls in the opening T20I against England Women at Trent Bridge.
In a commanding display of power and poise, Mandhana, leading the side as stand-in captain, smashed 15 fours and three sixes, guiding India Women to a mammoth 210/5, their highest-ever T20I total against England.
Her knock not only marked her maiden T20I hundred but also saw her join an elite global club of players male or female to have scored international centuries across all three formats.
Dominance from the First Ball
Coming in with a clear intent, Mandhana took the attack to England’s bowlers from the outset. Her handling of the world’s top-ranked spinner Sophie Ecclestone was particularly impressive, using nimble footwork and placement to counter spin with ease.
The stylish left-hander’s efforts were well-supported by Harleen Deol, who added a quickfire 43 off 23 balls, and Deepti Sharma, who finished unbeaten. Despite a strong effort from England pacer Lauren Bell (3/38), India’s batters dictated terms throughout the innings.
England Crumble Under Pressure
In reply, England were blown away for just 113 runs, succumbing to their biggest defeat in T20Is by runs 97 runs. India’s bowlers maintained relentless pressure, capitalizing on scoreboard pressure and offering little room for recovery.
