KKR scored 84 for 8 wickets in 20 overs. This is the lowest score of the season. Earlier in the sixth match of the season, RCB scored 109 runs in 17 overs against Kings XI Punjab. The smallest score in IPL history is 49, which RCB scored against KKR in 2017.

For the first time in the Indian Premier League, KKR has scored the lowest score of 84 runs after batting 20 overs. Earlier in 2009, Kings XI Punjab in Durban, South Africa, scored 92 for 8 wickets, playing 20 overs against Chennai Super Kings.
