Sarfaraz Ahmed suffered a serious injury after being hit by ball on his head.
In an unfortunate turn of events, a near-fatal incident occurred during the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024 match between Quetta Gladiators and Multan Sultans. While fielding, Mohammad Wasim Jr threw the ball at Sarfaraz Ahmed, who was struck on the head severely despite wearing a helmet.
Following the incident, the former Pakistan captain crumpled to the ground in excruciating pain, drawing the attention of surrounding players until the medical team arrived. Despite being assessed carefully, he remained visibly distressed as he later walked off the field, holding his head.
