Dale Steyn Leaves SRH Bowling Coach Position Ahead of IPL 2024

The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are now looking for a new bowling coach as Dale Steyn has asked for a break and will not be joining the team for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 season.

Steyn assumed the role of fast bowling coach for the Sunrisers Hyderabad in December 2021, ahead of the 2022 IPL season, and has remained with the team since.

According to a report of Cricbuzz, Sunrisers Hyderabad are set to announce Pat Cummins as the captain of the team in IPL 2024 season, replacing Aiden Markram.

Sunrisers Hyderabad have not made it to the playoffs of the IPL since 2020, and in recent years, the franchise has experienced numerous significant changes.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 will kick off with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) locking horns with Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) on March 22 at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.
