RCB Star Yash Dayal Booked For Raping Minor in Jaipur During IPL 2025 – Report
RCB’s Yash Dayal booked again in rape case, now accused by Jaipur minor under POCSO and IPC 376.
Just weeks after a rape case surfaced in Ghaziabad, RCB fast bowler Yash Dayal has now been booked again in Jaipur. A minor girl has filed a fresh FIR against the cricketer, accusing him of rape and emotional exploitation over two years.
The girl, a Jaipur resident, claimed that Dayal promised to help her build a cricket career. She said he gained her trust by offering support and later started a physical relationship with her under emotional pressure.
She also alleged that Dayal raped her twice in a Sitapura hotel this April. The FIR has been filed under the POCSO Act and Section 376 of the IPC. The case is being handled by Inspector Anil Jaiman of Sanganer Sadar police station.
This isn’t the first time Dayal has found himself in legal trouble. On July 6, a woman in Ghaziabad accused him of living with her for five years under the false promise of marriage.
That case is currently being heard in the Allahabad High Court, where Dayal has claimed the woman took money from him and threatened false charges when he asked for it back.
The High Court has stayed his arrest for now, but the allegations keep piling up.
