The captain of Multan Sultans, Mohammad Rizwan, once again hogged all the limelight and became the subject of trolling after he appeared to be in pain due to cramps and fell to the ground during the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024 match.

The reason he’s being trolled despite appearing to be in pain stems from a statement he made during the ICC ODI World Cup 2023 in India. He mentioned that he sometimes feigns pain, adding to the confusion when experiencing real cramps.
