IPL 2024: List of Players to Receive Salary Hikes This Season

A major overhaul is on the cards as renowned Indian batters Rinku Singh and Jitesh Sharma, alongside several other players, are slated to experience a salary hike this IPL 2024 season.

The BCCI’s fresh strategy entails elevating the IPL wages of uncapped Indian talents who compete in international cricket between IPL campaigns.

For countless Indian players, the Indian Premier League (IPL) has served as a springboard to success, bringing them into the limelight of international cricket and securing coveted spots on the BCCI contract list.

Now, the BCCI has introduced a new scheme to boost the IPL earnings of uncapped Indian talents who participate in international matches during the IPL breaks.

Players such as Rinku Singh, whose salary was previously set at INR 50 lakhs, will now see a significant increase to INR 1 Crore. Additionally, Sai Sudharsan, Jitesh Sharma, and Rajat Patidar, who were earning 20 lakhs, will now receive a raise to 50 lakhs.
