In the 47th match of Indian Premier League, Hyderabad’s veteran wicket-Keeper batsman Wriddhiman Saha played a sensational inning of 87 runs off just 45 deliveries with the help of 12 fours and 2 sixes. He missed his century by just 13 runs. If he would have scored a century, it would be his second century in IPL. He was caught out by Shreyas Iyer off the ball of Anrich Nortje. It was Saha’s 7th half-century in the IPL.

Saha made a strong 107-run partnership with David Warner for the first wicket in this match and gave the team a solid start. Warner contributed 66 runs for the team and was caught by R Ashwin off Axar Patel. Saha then formed a 63-run partnership for the second wicket with Manish Pandey.

At the same time, the Cricketing fraternity is so impressed with him and is hailing him for his phenomenal performance against Delhi Capitals on Tuesday.

As long as the match is concerned, Hyderabad based franchise won the match by eight wickets against Delhi Capitals. It was undoubtedly an easy win for SRH.

Batting first after losing the toss, Hyderabad posted a mammoth score of 219 runs on the board in the first inning. Chasing 220 in the second one, Delhi Capitals collapsed and were all out for 131 in 19 overs. It is undoubtedly a massive loss for Delhi.

Meanwhile, with this win, SunRisers Hyderabad moved to the sixth spot of the points table with ten points and Delhi Capitals fell to the third spot.
