England pacer Stuart Broad has announced his retirement from cricket. He will hang up his boots after the ongoing fifth Test of the Ashes in 2023.

The 37-year-old revealed his decision at the conclusion of the third day of the fifth Ashes Test at the Oval on Saturday.

Earlier, he had achieved the remarkable feat of taking 600 Test wickets during the fourth Test at Old Trafford in Manchester.
