Fakhar Zaman’s blazing fifty and Abrar Ahmed’s magical spell proved too hot for UAE, sealing a 31-run victory.

After losing openers Sahibzada Farhan and Saim Ayub early, Pakistan’s innings hinged on Fakhar.

The left-hander smashed an unbeaten 77 off 44 balls, laced with 10 fours and 2 sixes, and built a crucial 91-run stand with Mohammad Nawaz (37*).

Their fightback lifted Pakistan to 171-5 despite UAE spinner Haider Ali’s impressive 2-17. In reply, UAE started well at 41-0 but were undone by Abrar’s brilliance.

The leg-spinner tore through the middle order with figures of 4-9 in four overs, derailing the chase.

Alishan Sharafu fought with 68 off 51 balls, but Shaheen Afridi’s timely strike ended his resistance. UAE managed only 140-7, bowing out of the series.
