India vs Pakistan to be held in Dubai on September 14 as Asia Cup 2025 schedule and venues are officially announced
The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has confirmed the venues and schedule for the Men’s Asia Cup 2025. The much-anticipated India vs Pakistan clash will take place on September 14 at the Dubai International Stadium.
The tournament kicks off on September 9 in Abu Dhabi with a Group B match between Afghanistan and Hong Kong. The final will also be held in Dubai, on September 28.
India’s campaign begins on September 10 against UAE, also in Dubai. Despite recent tensions following the Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor, India’s participation has been confirmed.
Group A includes India, Pakistan, UAE, and Oman. Group B has Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong.
This edition of the Asia Cup will be played in the T20 format. It’s meant to help teams get ready for the ICC T20 World Cup later in the year.
