RCB Star Yash Dayal Booked for Sexual Exploitation
RCB pacer Yash Dayal booked under Section 69 BNS after Ghaziabad woman accuses him of sexual exploitation.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru bowler Yash Dayal has been booked under Section 69 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) after a serious allegation was made by a woman from Ghaziabad.
The woman, in her complaint, said she was in a five-year relationship with the cricketer. She accused Dayal of mentally, physically, and financially exploiting her by falsely promising marriage.
The FIR was registered at Indirapuram police station after an investigation was conducted. The complaint was initially lodged on the Chief Minister’s grievance portal (IGRS).
Section 69 of BNS deals with sexual acts committed under false promises of marriage or employment. If found guilty, the accused can face up to 10 years in jail.
In her statement, the woman claimed Dayal introduced her to his family during the relationship. But whenever she brought up the subject of marriage, he allegedly became aggressive and continued to harass her.
She also said that Dayal borrowed money from her and showed similar behaviour with other women. The woman added that she has proof in the form of chats, screenshots, and recordings.
So far, Yash Dayal has not responded to the allegations.
The left-arm pacer played a key role in helping Royal Challengers Bengaluru win their first-ever IPL title earlier this year. He picked up 13 wickets in the tournament and bowled some key overs in crunch moments.
