In a surprising turn of events, veteran cricketer Dinesh Karthik recently crossed paths with India’s javelin throwing star Neeraj Chopra. The encounter, which took place during Chopra’s training session, saw Karthik take a playful attempt at hurling the javelin.

Following an eventful IPL 2024 season with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), Dinesh Karthik took retirement from the Indian Premier League. However, the cricketer seems to be keeping his options open.

This unexpected collaboration brought together two of India’s sporting heroes. Chopra, the reigning Olympic gold medalist in javelin throw, is gearing up to defend his title at the upcoming Paris Olympics. Karthik, on the other hand, is likely to return to the commentary box for the T20 World Cup later this year.
