In the following match against Punjab, the Delhi batsman smashed an unbeaten 119 from only 110 balls by putting on an unbeaten 124-run stand with Rajat Bhatia for the 4th wicket. This was easily Kohli’s easiest ton of the tournament as Delhi were chasing only 203 which was tracked down in only 38.5 overs.
Virat’s highest score of the season was 124 which came in only 82 balls against the Haryana team with 9 fours and 7 sixes. Delhi finished with 364/6 on the board with help of Kohli’s ton while Haryana was bowled out for only 225. Kohli’s 4th and last ton of the season were 114 from 93 balls against Railways who posted 305/6. Kohli got out 82 runs away from a win with 19.2 overs still to be played.
